LexisNexis Responds to Civil Procedure Bill Passage Through New South Wales Parliament Complete reference work covering Supreme, District and Local Courts eases transition to new rules

On 6 April, 2005, as a result of the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules project, which commenced in early 2003, the Civil Procedure Bill was introduced into NSW Parliament. Following only some small amendments, the Bill was passed on 24 May 2005 and should receive assent in the next couple of weeks.
